my heart is beating hard- it hurts. it makes me want to cry, but not becuase of any pain but of the realization that i cannot keep on keeping on. I cant sustain this, I have to change. I dont know how. i want to be happy i want to laugh, i want to run I want to have goals that I love. I want to be good. Hurt so much
